Large Item Program Update

The fall large item program is just around the corner. In the past, regular garbage was put out for collection, instead of large items such as sofa’s and washing machines. Just a reminder—if it fits in the waste bin in your alley, please put your items for disposal in there. This program is only for large items that don’t fit.

There are some changes to the way large items will be collected in each of the municipalities. The dates for each of the municipalities are as follows:

Monday, October 4—Hamlet of Bruce

No curbside collection. Bring your items to the large bins located:

  • Community Hall
  • Lift Station
