Due to recent heavy rainfall, some rural roads are unsafe for our collection trucks. Our crews will continue servicing routes where conditions allow, but only when it is safe to do so and without risking damage to our vehicles.
With more rain expected over the next few days, road conditions may continue to affect service. As a result, waste collection on rural routes will be delayed.
If we are unable to collect your bin on your scheduled day, we will return to missed areas as soon as conditions improve. To assist us in tracking missed bins, please use our online missed tip form.
If your bin is getting full, please reserve it for household waste only. For all other waste, please use one of our transfer stations. You can find transfer station locations and a list of accepted items at www.claystonewaste.com/transfer-stations.
